Our versatility can be borne out by the wide range of clients as shown in our Company profile client list. The various illustrations shown below demonstrate the diverse window systems within the UK, which have a wide variety of opening casements - open in, open out, sliding up and down, or side to side. ALL of these can be designed and screened using the President system. Our unique designs enable screening to be installed in either a recess or face situation.... and all of this is only available through PRESIDENT BLINDS.
The manufacture of the screens is by means of extruded 2.6mm thick anodised aluminium, powder-coated to BS1615. The mesh suspended from the aluminium frame is fibre-glass, coated with PVC. In exceptional situations where extra security or strength is required, stainless steel mesh is offered, together with Chubb Security Locking, and is currently working well in a number of prisons and secure units. We are happy to advise further. Examples of diverse window system screens |
![]() | This caged screen, fitted to a school in Bristol, was chosen as it was not possible to fit our standard slider inside. For safety reasons, this outside application is only possible as long as there is no pedestrian traffic close to the window.
| Our standard slider was used on this unusual kitchen window in the heart of the City of London. | ![]() | |

| This rigid, turn-button screen, fitted externally to a listed building at a private school in Surrey, was used because the window opened inwards. | ![]() | |
