MOD Headley Court As a company we were excited to be involved in such an important project at MOD's Headley Court, Surrey. The Ł8 million rehabilitation complex, partly funded by Help for Heroes, was opened by His Royal Highness, Prince William of Wales. President Blinds supplied and fitted blinds and cubicle track through out the building.



Woolwich Polytechnic kitchen President Blinds were presented with the problem of installing flyscreens for Woolwich Polytechnic. The kitchen is situated on the first floor and restrictions within the kitchen and the style of window opener meant the only option was a bespoke flyscreen cage. A three metre cage was manufactured along with the necessary support bars and fitted from a tower. President Blinds has fully trained staff, competent in erecting work towers, and holds a PASMA Accredited Certificate.

Wembley Arena - Barclaycard V.I.P. Room Keyboardgraphics.com contacted President Blinds as we had been recommended as having a good reputation for working to a tight schedule and on budget. The brief was to supply and fit full blackout curtains to the original windows and stitch and hang a 30m curtain supplied by the client in a small time scale. The client also wanted the pop stars' images to look correct on the ruched curtain. Along with our seamstress we calculated the images would need stretching by one and half times to look right on the ruched curtain. Adverse weather conditions meant time scales were shortened to only a few days, but President Blinds worked round the clock to get the job completed on time.

Wandsworth Acute Unit - South West London and St George's Mental Health Trust
President Blinds were pleased to be involved with the comprehensive redevelopment of Wandsworth Acute Unit for the South West London and St George's Mental Health Trust. We were chosen because of our extensive experience in the Mental Health sector. President Blinds worked closely with the project managers to make sure the clients' safety was paramount. Blinds and curtains were supplied throughout the building using anti-ligature fittings where necessary.



Toby Lane contract kitchen - London Borough of Tower Hamlets
PRESIDENT BLINDS LTD were pleased to be involved with the new high-tech commercial kitchen built and commissioned by the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. President Blinds' brief was to isolate the sterile areas of the kitchen from the pick-up areas for Meals on Wheels and School Meals. This was successfully carried out using PVC Vented Strip Curtains which had to be free-standing with no weight-loading on the suspended ceiling, therefore the structure had to be designed and manufactured to accommodate this requirement. This unique installation was completed in December 2008 prior to the grand opening early in 2009.
